The Garage Ludlow is a family business run by Darren Bartholomew and sons Jack and Charlie.
Darren, with over 35 years in the motor trade, started as a Technician before finding his true role in the service department where he excelled in the highest customer service.
His experience in the workshop showed as he achieved Gold Standard with Vauxhall, Suzuki & Ford whilst working at a franchise main dealer.
He had a personality profile carried out then was selected for a limited programme for service managers to become one of the top 20 hand picked managers in the whole country.
Now he is putting all his experience into his own business, exemplifying the highest customer service.
